I find it hilarious how no one gets hate for liking James when he too killed innocent people for no reason. But God forbid someone like a parody of the extremists because they’re able to look at the bigger picture and recognize the satire.
Plus animals are pure souls. Humans, aside from kids, are not. No one is completely innocent.
And, you know, this is a fictional show and fictional character and literally does not fucking matter.
And Kai never had any intention of hurting Oz, who is a child. Even when he found out Oz wasn’t biologically his, he still had no intention of hurting him.
It wasn’t ever stated that Kai ordered that. It was never explicitly stated that Kai directed every single move his followers made. And if we look at it from the perspective that Meadow thought she was in love with him, it’s very plausible that she took it upon herself to do that.
Plus, if Kai had any inkling that Oz was his biological son, as fucked up as he is, I don’t think he would want to torture him like that.
I mean I would be pretty damn upset because I love all living creatures and probably try to help it even if it meant getting punished by Kai.
Just note that Kai may be a fucking asshole bent on world domination, but it was never once suggested that he had ever once harmed an animal. So I refuse to believe this man ever would do something like this deliberately.
This is a good point! I don’t see him hurting animals, either. Animals are innocent. People, however, are not.

“You want me to do what?”
The copious lengths of time I had spent in the company of the younger Anderson siblings had left me immune to most goings-on. I had been subjected to many sights that I never would have imagined otherwise, had been privy to only the most macabre of twisted justice and questionable ideals. Over time the exposure to this side of humanity, the side often shrouded in the shadows of society, created a sort of void that desensitized and left me numb to more than gave me feelings.
But there was nothing that could have prepared me for the words that had floated freely from Kai’s mouth.
Damn straight he teases. As much as he likes getting to the act itself, he loves teasing his partner until they’re desperate and begging for him.
But if you’re talking in a nonsexual manner and I just let my filthy mind get away from… still yes, but it’s more subtle and only in certain situations with certain people.
