A/N: I think introducing James to modern technology would be one of the most amusing things, to be perfectly honest.
He turned into the hotel handyman after he was no longer the owner. Still dressed nice but when something breaks he’ll have his sleeves rolled up, muscles bulging, sweat on the forehead, and his hair a mess.

Gonna also add the scene of him coming to the front desk with like an oil and grease stained shirt and a little tool belt on him. He would be well versed in mechanics and shit.
“That confounded generator had a shredded belt because a gear was out of alignment. I need you to go to the hardware store Ms.Taylor and fetch me a new one while I see to it the generator is repaired.”
Oh my god and he would have small cuts and scrapes on his hands and they would be calloused and rough since shit gets broken on a daily in the hotel.
