“Kaizen” is the Japanese symbol for “change for the better.” The name “Kai” means change in Japanese. Kai tried to change the world. Thunderbird is the house of change. Kai is the Thunderbird.

I just researched more of Thunderbird’s traits and I agree with you; Thunderbird is definitely the closest match to Kai’s personality. Kai is a Slytherin/Thunderbird for sure.

True to a point…but I think cockiness is a trait also prevalent in Slytherin, and perhaps a bit in Ravenclaw too.

Negative Perceptions of Hogwarts Houses

So it is often perceived that Ravenclaws are stuck up, Hufflepuffs are nancy pushovers, and Slytherins are dark/evil/mean, etc.

But…what is ever said about Gryffindor? I’ve never really noticed or seen any negative perceptions said about them? Maybe they are a bit foolhardy, but I’m not sure.
