This is actually an interesting question. I’ve read a fanfiction before where the OC was bisexual and she saw Moira as her younger self.
I believe, and I want to thank @therevolutionhasbegun for validating this theory for me, that the house makes you see what you want to see. The men portrayed in the season, aside from Chad and Patrick, were heterosexual and as such they saw Moira in her younger, seductive form (I’m not sure about Chad and Patrick, I don’t remember if that was ever touched). Women, in the words of Moira, see into a person’s soul – therefore they saw Moira as the old soul that she was on the inside.
Since I don’t think it was ever mentioned how Chad and Patrick viewed Moira, I would think that if someone was attracted to women, there is the possibility that they would see Moira as her younger self.

I guess everyone’s sexuality is different, but my attraction to women is completely different than my attraction to men. Sure, looks are important for me to be drawn to a woman, but it’s more about their aura and the vibe they give off if that makes sense, at least, for me. So *I* personally don’t think I would see young Moira if I were attracted to her, but who knows. It’s interesting to think about, though.
On another note, I wasn’t attracted to young Moira, which is surprising because I love red hair on a woman. Don’t get me wrong, she’s beautiful as all get-out, but I wasn’t feeling her in that way.
