Whether you agree with what Kaepernick did or not is not the issue here. The FACT of the matter is, he PEACEFULLY stood up for something he believed in, KNOWING he would probably face consequences…but still doing it anyways. That takes courage, which not a lot of people have. The fact that Nike is sponsoring him after all he has been put through for peacefully protesting (no matter what the issue is—as an American citizen, that is his RIGHT) is commendable and I will proudly buy their products in the future. *mic drop*
