as soon as his rant was over, Kai grabbed you by the hand and pulled you to the side room, “you were great.” you said immediately. 

Kai said nothing, simply pulled you to his chest for a long hug. when he got stressed he’s get touchy, he’d want to have you close every moment because you truly comforted and rejuivinated him. 

“it matters a lot to me that you’ve stuck by my side through all this.” he whispered into your hair, kissing your cheek before pulling away, but still keeping you close. “you know i love you right?”

Awwww Kai would never do this but I like to imagine it anyways ❤️
