How would Ramsay react to being hugged?

I think Ramsay is not used to being hugged. Obviously if he were hugged by somebody he was attracted to (or not, who knows), he would probably turn it into a more sexual interaction, like grinding up against you or grabbing your ass while possibly biting your lips or neck, expecting the actions to be reciprocated to the point where he cums somehow.
